A lot (okay all) of employers and potential employers check Facebook. I don't know if that plays into her lack of response.

Whatever the reason, I wouldn't mention it. In fact I would let her take the lead if she's interested.
A lot of people don't think that workplace romance is a good thing, and you have to respect that.
