Mine started working within a week. It brought me out of a suicidal black depression into a slight depression. Not perfect but an improvement at least. Kept me out of mania since I've been taking it, though I did have a long mixed/depressed episode. But now that I've had ECT I've been relatively stable so I hope Invega will keep that going.
