I'm sorry you feel so bad. Emotional isolation is very painful. One thing that I try sometimes is to use the aloneness in a cathartic way by talking out aloud in simple, declarative sentences to describe how I feel, or writing it down in the same manner, like if I was writing a children's book on my feelings without the censorship on subject or language. For some reason the matter-of-fact, simple phrases provide a release.

Try writing down simple sentences about how you feel, what you want, what you fantasize about, describe yourself and others. Remind yourself that you will tear the paper to pieces and throw them away, and no one will ever read what you wrote, and allow yourself the freedom to describe everything without fear of judgement that is sulking, or unrealistic, or obscene, or selfish. And if you feel that it is any of those things, just accept it in that moment as being human and don't judge yourself. Then actually tear the paper and throw it away.

I hope this can help at least a little.
Thanks for this!
