Like i say, probably the wrong things to do! But maybe these can be idea starters.
Yeah, I thought of doing something similar, but I think the best approach is to let this go and readjust my strategies from now on. Although, I might approach this person and say something like "Those were some great ideas you presented in that meeting, and I had some similar ideas. If it's an option, I'd be interested in collaborating with you on this. What do you think?" ETA: I think their reaction to this would be helpful as well. If they're open to the idea, I might consider this more of an oversight. If they're closed off or defensive, it gives me more insight into their M.O. and I'll be more reserved with info around them.
