I think you're anger is justified. You are entitled to feedback on your assignments and it is her job to provide you with it. I understand it's a sticky situation given the relationship so other than going over her head I don't know what to suggest. I had a professor like this and we never received any assignments back from her. Some classmates chose to bring it up during class and she got pretty defensive. A lot of psychologists are really crazy and not always very nice. I'm sorry this isn't very helpful but I can definitely empathize with you.
