My first visit with a pysch ward was 28 years ago....age 25.....in Yuma, Arizona ...Not a hospital....crazy ward....nobody in my family new what was going along...as I had no clue....first and last round with shock therapy....3 months there...discharged....sent to Alaska with family....flipped out again.....this time in the hospital.....4 weeks......since then...2 more ....admits....padded room...threatened to .....hurt my wife....leaving lots out..............easiest way out would to be not here.....but you know....f.... depression....life is good.....you have a second chance......if you need to talk...this is a great place.....trust me....your not alone.......been there...done it.........................best of luck......Artie
