Is it some fitspo junk? I hate that stuff, it's so damaging, even for 'normal' people. Exercise should be something that's enjoyed, not a punishment. (I have trouble with this concept, too). If it makes you feel better, I'm still in bed, too.

It's my only day off from work/school/bf, so I'm savoring it.
