I had the flashing envelope indicating a new PM in my inbox when I came here this morning... Read and posted in a few forums and then I noticed the flashing envelope was gone.

Checked my inbox and the new message is there. It just "gave up" trying to alert me . It used to flash continuously until I went and opened the PM.
