my dad went to work. i feel really worried for him. especially when all this snow and rain freezes the roads to ice and he tries to come back home. i really dont think he should have gone to work today. but hes already took two days off from work. if hes late to work or even misses a day it counts against him. they put points against him. and it takes a year to take off that one day (or time you came late) to get get off your record.

after you accumalated a certain number of points you are fired.
