I got this thingy in the mail today from the company, and there was a website for signing up to get 6 coupons for $10.00 off getting it filled. I called the number on the card today and asked if I was still eligible because the card and web site said something about epilepsy, but not Bi-Polar... and the lady said that was not a problem.
