I take 25mg every 3 hours when I'm awake and I have dystonia muscle stiffness so I need cogentin and benzos. It's probably the abilify but started at the same time I first took the seroquel. Everyone's different.

600mg is a good antipsychotic dose. It only starts to have antipsychotic effects at 100-200mg. I just use it to calm down instead of using benzos.
