Totally stopdogging it today. The ubiquitous THEY are trying to keep my client locked up basically because he is old and they are afraid that if he leaves the facility Medicaid won't pay the bill. He is not even being allowed to step outside for a breath of fresh air. He was competent when I talked to him and I am irate on his behalf.
