Twice though the first time lasted 4 days and I discharged myself after agreeing to conditions. Second time (last year) was about 2 and a half months after a mental breakdown.

The second time got the ball rolling on investigating possible diagnosis (which is still ongoing ) which I suppose was a positive since if I can keep myself together will help with moving forward.
