I had a panic attack and complete psychotic break down in a therapists office almost three years ago. It spilled out into an alley where I had to be forcibly sedated by emt's and taken to a psychiatric unit for four days. I had been having extreme anxiety for nearly two weeks and had been barely sleeping at all during that time. I'm almost positive that's what triggered my breakdown.
