Like pretty much everyone else here been there done that too-even though I'm a nurse & should know better-I seem to be getting into a pretty good rhythm with the pdoc I have now & she's been open to me doing slight adjustments to see how I will do-I also keep my tdoc up to date with any changes as well-I don't think I would go off my meds without pdoc supervision again but...it could happen-I just try to stay as healthy as I can & use my best judgement-hope you do well with the changes-take care
