I have never been bullied but I teach high school so clearly I am in a midst of it. I have zero tolerance for bullying but sometimes it is just not that simple.

One scenario: girl claims others avoid her, turns out she spreads nasty rumors about others so they avoid her. Boy claims to be bullied when it turns out he is the one who does the bullying! Girl/boy suffers from (insert mental health issue) and thinks everyone is laughing at her Etc etc when really no one does!

We have zero tolerance and our school is very small so it is hard to be blatantly openly a bully and us not to find out but some bullying is subtle. Or some is perceived etc

Teenagers can be so cruel
