Hopefully her husband doesn't know anything about you except that you are her patient maybe. Anything other than that would be a violation of boundaries (ethical, moral & legal) because she's not supposed to discuss you or your case with anyone (including her husband) UNLESS you signed a paper giving her permission to do so.

The most important question is, do you think that YOU could work in his department and continue to see her without letting it mess with your therapeutic process?
