I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. Put about a tablepoon (or a bit more if you can tolerate it) of raw unfiltered Apple cider vinegar, a spoon of honey and water and mix and drink. It's a natural hydration drink full of electrolytes. It will also give you energy if you drink it every day (best time to drink it is in the morning before eating or drinking anything and then waiting 30 min before you have anything else).
