Which do you people find easiest to deal with
I feel the positive symptoms are easier to deal with than the negative.
Also off topic, but for the last few weeks i've been having this thought in my head, like constantly distracting me and its ridiculous. I keep thinking my teeth are going to fall out, like I have to go check them regularly almost every hour sometimes more to make sure they are not wobbly etc.
Is this a delusion issue or merely anxiety?
