If I don't take zopiclone 7.5mg sometimes even two or more of them I won't sleep.
I can go for days without and its horrible. Not even my quetiapine which is at a fairly high dose now, knocks me out and its supposed to be quite sedating.
So without drugs, i'd say id probably get half an hour or so of sleep. I feel make without zopiclone etc
