Batlefield of mind! You are the second person who mentions this book in a short time in the forum. It has to be an inspiration.
In one of my therapy periods, I use to read lots of books to help me understand better people, myself, how to interact with others...
My idea is that anything that can give you a possitive insight, a different way to percive the reality, bc in the end we are the ones who créate reality through our perceptions and thoughts, is helpfull.
