I completely understand you when you say that it's at home where you feel comfortable and calm, but take like an obligation being outside for a time. It's necessary and you never know what surprises you can find that make a different in your life.

Your grandchidren need you from time to time. Society need people like you. It has been mentioned before about volunteer work. Think about it.
