Wow! That's a scary law. Say someone is prescribed a benzo and tolerates it fine. If they get in a car accident, it's very possible that their blood levels are going to be checked and they could end up with a drug-driving conviction, even if the accident wasn't their fault or if it wasn't caused by the effect of the drugs on them.
