There is a lot of content you can talk about other then psychosis. With SZA you could talk about the different mood disorders (Bipolar, Depressive type) that topic could be positive or negative. Talk about self help for both disorganized thoughts and speech. I am not going to give you everything I know and understand about either SZ or SZA.
