You're on an upswing.
Who wants to feel depressed anyway?
Well I don't.
But I agree with wildflowerchild.
Keep an eye on the upswing.
Don't let it swing too high because that could land up not being positive for you in the long run.
Keep tabs on this one with your pdoc.

I'm not sure how to stop a mood from progressing whether it's depression or hypomania. Both of them just tend to come right along. But I'll let me therapist know it's happening. I see her Wednesday.

Why do I constantly read about people doing this over and over on here? I haven't looked up lamictal in your case, but people stop some of these drugs and don't realize that they can have seizures and all other kinds of physical affects on there body. Plus now your messing with your BP.There is a reason we have psychiatrists you know, and I'm pretty sure you are not one. Sorry for venting everyone but I'm tired of people not taking these medications seriously.

It's only 2 nights. It's not going to kill me. Sometimes I just don't feel like taking them or I forget or I'm comfy in bed when I realize I forgot to take them. I would never quit them cold turkey forever. I never go more than 2 or 3 days without it.
