It's sat night here so I have no idea who to call or if I need to call. I see a county mental health and have no after hours number.

I took my night meds this am, and left my am meds in the box. other than I head ache I've not noticed any problems.

In the am I take propranolol and synthroid. At night I take lamicatal, Latuda, ambien, propranolol and melatonin.

I took them at eight this am and did sleep for another 4 hours but aside from the headache no problems. My question is do I take them tonight or wait until tomorrow night?

Any ideas?
