When I saw a gyno for second opinion, we did a lot of talking about my symptoms. He also ordered lots of lab work and all mine was normal. I was diagnosed after a vaginal ultrasound to verify the cysts/follicles. I don't ovulate so I take a oral bc pill to have regular periods. It helps with the cramping too.
