Nothing wrong with taking it easy if that's what you're inclined to do. It may have something to do with personality and temperament, but there are activities out there that don't require a lot of action. For example, I love to do yoga and meditation, which are both calming activities that are designed to be at your own pace. Gardening can also be relaxing, planting new flowers or blueberry bushes or watering your plants every day to get outside into the sunlight - that's a very common activity. Chillin at a park and people-watching is also an activity. Reading a book at a coffee shop is something lots of people do. Working on a painting for 20 minutes each day can be an interesting activity. Cooking can be relaxing, preparing meals for the next few days, trying new recipes, baking. These are all calming activities that don't require a lot of strenuous activity. It's okay to veg out too. Don't force yourself to do things you don't care about, but do things that you actually enjoy and look forward to, because that's the point.
