I didn't read your whole post because I have a sensitivity disorder and am concerned that I might get triggered. In other words, I'm hypersensitive and don't know what's in there.

I read your topic and the beginning of the post and here's what comes to mind:
1. Fixing any problems in your life that contribute to a bad mood. If you can't do it yourself, seek consultation.
2. Take steps toward having a healthy body by eating right and exercising. (Don't try to be perfect, just strive for improvement.)
3. Do something that would should make you proud of yourself on a regular basis. Making lists of stuff you would like to do and need to do works sometimes. Crossing stuff off a list reinforces progress.
4.Take steps toward improving self awareness, such as when you need alone time. Alone time is necessary for reflection, etc.
5. Realize that it takes time for drugs to leave the body and that the body might have reactions for some time afterwards, but they should become less intense over time.
6. Life Extension is one of many companies that often provides a free magazine and directory that could help you find supplements if you are after those. Be sure to search the internet and read about any supplement before taking it to make sure you are aware of any complaints or precautions.
7. Exercise, water, healthy eating, and the right counselor can work wonders!
