In the tv series Smallville Clark Kent has girls/women he loves in different ways. In the end he turns up marrying Lois lane and having a friendship will Chloe Sullivan. The thing is that when he married Lois Lane that was due to him having a friendship with her (that's why you would marry someone). My philosophical question is about love and friendship: You can have feelings for different girls/women like Clark Kent but you only marry one of them. What is the different between the love Clark Kent has for Chloe and Lois?
