Thanks everyone for the good advice. It's nice to know this forum is here when a person isn't sure what to do. All the experience and knowledge here here is so valuable it should be bottled and sold as solid gold.

I didn't take anything, been awake watching DVDs and reading all night. Just took the am meds and thinking I'll take the pm a bit early and hope to sleep then. But it was a much more restful night knowing I was probably doing the right thing. I'm not going to worry about one night of missed sleep. It seems I'm not alone in mixing up my meds and one sleepless night isn't always going to mean the start of an episode.
