Hi all --
I have been mostly depressed for the last month or so and I'm wondering:
Does anyone have any tips or things that they do to bring them out of a depression?
Today I am heartened by the fact the spring is coming and I'm trying to get back on the super healthy vegetarian diet I was on a few months ago. I'm still feeling the depression big time but I'm hoping that with some better daily habits and a med change, I can slowly come back to life.
