well for years i have suffered with my mental health and my depression got really bad last month that i ended up in a&e because i tried to end my life and now in in a psychiatric hospital. Been here for nearly a month, i did discharge myself on Monday but ended up in a&e six hours later because my landlady found me with suicide notes and she could wake me up so ended up back in psychiatric hospital on Tuesday. I feel like im not going to get better anyone else feel the same and been in a psychiatric hospital?? X
