PCP's just do not know enough about psych meds and there interactions to be prescribing IMHO.

Straight Seroquel in low dose works as a mood stabilizer a higher dose is usually more sedating as previously mentioned.

Still have been unable to see the actual P-doc, just the therapist. That's why I asked my PCP about changing my meds. She's been the one managing them since I've moved here. She just gave me samples for now as I'm TRYING to get into the P-doc soon.

She said with the Seroquel, its different than you'd think. That the lower doses have the higher sedation, and the higher you go, the lower the sedating it is.
I don't know, I just know so far I don't like it, and after last night - eating everything insight, it lost the one star I gave it before. It's now got a big fat 0 out of 5 stars.
