you need a doctor close by. my state has a free drug program but i have to go to a state clinic and the service is surprising good.

even if you could talk to someone in ER, you might be able to get enough meds to tide you over. if you have any prozac on hand or can borrow some from a friend, it will help you with not having the effexor.
