I'm close to 60 and often trying to act as if I was 20. Constantly have to readjust my aim, because balance is the key for me. Yes growing older is not always easy especially when we realize that we just can't do what we used to!

But then there is much more we CAN accomplish and it's only now as we are more mature that we realize it. Coming here and getting help is one of these things!

As my SO tells me 'grow old with me, the best is yet to be'.
