I have empathy for you as I have chronic insomnia. Tried everything, meds, good sleep hygiene, nothing does it. It has a life of its own and its a symptom.
Last night I had my first better night in a while (6 hrs). I ate very well yesterday and no night snack, was out skiing in the am, and out again in the aft with my SO. I guess I didn't have the time to worry too much. I also decided to eliminate one activity I was obsessing about.
