Don't scare the straights, gotcha!
I think that I can tell the difference between inner and outer conversations, at least in the sense that I don't expect them to know what I told them in my daydream. I might get some occasional "what if?" paranoia about that, though.
It is mostly rehearsal conversations, but sometimes it seems like my main way of thinking deeply about things.
Would it be worth talking to a therapist about or nah?
