I've been struggling with depression and PTSD most of my life and had a pretty crummy childhood. So now it's hard to do things and be motivated. Last year I made a list of 365 things to do but it fell through when I went through a bad job situation. But now I'm starting it back up on a larger scale with 1000 things to do in my life

Lists like that seem to motivate me to actually do the things and I've already started working on a few of the projects. It's still hard with some stuff and I'm going to try for medication soon and I'm really nervous
Anyways um I just wanted to talk about motivation and how I'm trying to keep motivated and push through this so I don't regret my life and feel like I'm doing nothing. Feel free to share some tips about what motivates you and how you stick to projects
