I'm the exact same, if I think some of their comments are outlandish I will laugh and I will disagree, I'd never be rude or be verbally abusive like cussing them out. Never done that. That's why I find that section on my file so funny. It's just ridiculous!

The funniest entry I have read in my records was: patient eloped.
I'm direct and try my best to be very nice about it. I don't use cuss words and attack one's character. I guess the person who wrote that note thought the laughing was rude.
A lot of clinicians see themselves as gods since society has given them that privilege. Anytime one challenges those 'expert opinions' they risk being labeled combative, non-compliant, difficult and possibly personality disordered.
