Artchic528...I just wanted to drop in and let you know I read your post. I am a 32AAA so I can't speak from experience , but I do know from friends that a proper fitting bra is a must, even if you have to have it custom fitted and made just for you. It will be cheaper than surgery. Large breast can and do cause back/neck pain. You may want to check with your physician to see if you can somehow qualify for reduction surgery. There may be a loop hole you don't know about. Pain is a diagnosis that just might qualify you. Get a second and third opinion if you are denied at first, sometimes persistence pays off.
