your post instantly hit a note with me because i have taken ridiculous amounts of benadryl at many points in my life for years now. by years, i mean almost a decade. it's what i did when i couldn't get other substances.

i would say that, as lame as it sounds, you can have an addiction to benadryl. as any excess of medicine is bad, i'm sure it's an addiction worth trying to stop.
