I have ADHD as well. It is not recommended to cut it in half. I guess there is trial and error involved with the patch. The instructions say to apply to the hip and it doesn't say which side. It last about 9 hours as far as I can tell. I would believe that you would be ok but I wouldn't recommend not going by the instructions. I wish you well and have a great Spring Break.
