T's written policy states that clients have to pay for missed session UNLESS there is a 24 hours cancellation. If there is less than 24 hours notice, and if T determines that the reason for missing the session was beyond your control (some type of unforeseen emergency), then T won't charge for it.

I think my T's policy is very fair given that a time slot of reserved for the client. We must also remember that this is how T supports their family/pays their bills.
