I don't recall her rules for cancellation. It's never been an issue; she's very flexible as far as re-scheduling. The one time that I did just out-and-out cancel, and didn't reschedule, I paid for without even asking because I cancelled at absolutely the last minute the day I got lost hiking. I just assumed it was expected and never asked, and she never mentioned it either.
