My first therapist had a policy of no charge for at least 24 hr notice.. If it was less than 24 hrs then he charged $25. He told me he didn't charge full session price because it wasn't 'lost' time. He said he can always use time like that to return phone calls, catch up on paperwork... Stuff like that.
