When my mind is driving me nuts with racing thoughts I can go walk or strenuous hike with music blasting via ipod-very calming-but if I got that irritability thing going OMG can't stand repetitive noises-ticking clock, heat & air cycling on & off or somebody like clicking a pen repetitively makes me absolutely berserk. Or flipping TV channels-one of the worst-hate that.
