I live in a somewhat expensive suburban area, so these prices might be higher than some (but nothing like OP--WOW!)
My individual T charges $130 an hour--she's an LCSW and has been in practice for like 25 years.
Marriage counselor charges $175 an hour for husband and I--he's a PhD (not sure if his individual rate would be the same).
P-doc charges around $200 an hour, but now I'm just seeing her for half-hour med checks periodically.
Insurance reimburses at like 65% or something like that, since they're out of network (most every T seems to be in this area, and we have a major insurance provider).
