I have severe anxiety as you do. What about perhaps asking your Pdoc for some type of Benzo just to calm you a bit? I am not a doctor, but without my Klonopin hlping me, I would be lost. You do have to be careful with Benzo's, take the doe prescribed unless your doctor says to take more. Best of luck today
