If you are Bipolar Depressed and Lamictal is not addressing it as much as you need, your pdoc should offer some solution. Maybe Lexapro was not the answer. Other SSRIs can help w drepression with less uppity for you possibly. Paxil was a more calming SSRI for me.

He should have some ideas other than being stumped just sticking with Lamictal.
